Payment and Refund Policy
We require payment in advance for our services. Payment can be made through our website using a credit card or other accepted payment method. We will not begin work on your project until payment has been received.
We strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:
We offer a limited number of revisions for our services. The number of revisions will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions may be provided at an additional cost.
4. Late Payments
If payment is not received within 2-3 days of the due date, we may pause work on your project until payment is received. If payment is not received within 2-3 days of the due date, we may terminate our services and retain any fees or charges already paid.
5. Payment Disputes
If you dispute a payment made to us, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services until payment is received.
